    This year, we will continue our tried and tested summer policy for tenants renting shared apartments: you can keep your room over the summer by paying only half the rent per calendar month in June, July and August. The period can be from 1 to 3 months, as long as it is at least one full calendar month.

    The installation of the external and interior doors will start in week 41/2024, on Monday 07.10.2024 at 8 a.m. Contractor Pihla Group Oy. The installers will notify you by apartment-specific notices approximately 2-3 days before the renovation work starts in your apartment.

    You can apply for an apartment at Kt Oy Tankkari if you are coming to Kokkola for training or summer work.

    Kt Oy Tankkari student housing in Kokkola serves normally on Mondays and Tuesdays between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. and at the first and last weekday of the month from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.  Other times you can make an appointment by e-mail.
