Europe-wide change in online banking payments
In October 2025, paying invoices via online or mobile banking will change and the European Union’s Instant Payment Regulation will come into force.
What do you need to know?
Starting October 9, 2025, banks will verify that the name and account number of the payee match in digital payments. As a result, your online bank may notify you if the payee’s name and account number do not match. You can correct the payment details if necessary.
Always make sure that you use our company’s official name as shown on the invoice when making a payment, which is:
