Tankkari 3 doors
The installation of the external and interior doors of Tankkari 3 will start in week 41/2024, on Monday 07.10.2024 at 8 a.m. Contractor Pihla Group Oy.
The installers will notify you by apartment-specific notices approximately 2-3 days before the renovation work starts in your apartment.
The total duration of the renovation will be approximately five weeks. The changing of the doors will be started from the fourth floor, and they will move down from there.
4th floor starting 7th of October
3rd floor starting 14th of October
2nd floor starting 21st of October
1st floor starting 28th of October
The times are directional
Locks in all rooms will be changed. Keys will be handed over only against identification at our office at Kustaa Aadolfin katu 1. The keys can be picked up from the 1st of October. Notice that the office is closed during the autumn break (14.-18.10.2024)
Preparatory instructions
- The renovation will generate some dust, so please protect computers, televisions, paintings and other dust-sensitive objects near the door with sheets, plastic, etc. The installers will protect the access route and the front of the door to be replaced with installation mats. If you wish to protect the floors yourself, the use of plastic and newspapers for protection is forbidden (note safety).
- Pets must be kept out of the home on the day of installation. Please also note that there will be some noise from time to time.
- The work will generate dust in the apartment and the installers will brush and vacuum the installed products. More detailed dusting will be left to the resident.
- If you are not at home at the time of installation, we will use a universal key.
The security lock should be left open for the days of installation.
