When you have received a room offer and paid the deposit bill attached, the rent agreement can be signed. In order to sign the rent agreement, you must provide us with a valid student certificate.
Keys are available at the office from the first day of the rent agreement. Please remember to bring some form of ID when picking up the keys and signing the contract.
The rents of short fixed-term rental agreements are increased by 10 %. The reason for this is the empty use caused by fixed-term agreements and increased costs of office work due to short contracts. A short fixed term contract is shorter that six months.
